Photo booths and downloadables, are final sale.

Your purchase not quite right? That’s OK. You can exchange your online purchases but we cannot offer refunds for any of our products.

Regular-Priced Merchandise

Within 10 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a store credit.
After 30 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping and handling charges on the original purchase are nonrefundable.

Sales Priced Merchandise

Return & Exchange Details

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present the original invoice. You must first contact us via email or phone to receive an exchange authorization number . The merchandise must have the original invoice, packaging, and exchange form. Returned items must be safely packaged and shipped to TapSnap 930 W 1st St Unit 102, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3N4. We will not be able to ship your new item until we receive the original purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
